For the past 7 years, both founders have built companies, raised funding, managed teams, and done the work of getting a business from an idea to something that operates.

Brian Amani

Co-founder

He spent several years at Unilever driving communications strategies across East and West African geographies. He has built businesses in Africa and Asia, including an agriculture technology company focused on smallholder farmer financing and data-driven farm management. He has also worked in incubation and grant funding for early-stage ventures through a global development organisation.

Jane Wangari

Co-founder

She has worked as an Investment Associate at a private investment firm and at a Web3 engineering studio where she led product and project delivery. She co-founded a builder community and engineering lab focused on Web3 and AI talent development in East Africa, and ran social media and builder training programmes for a major blockchain ecosystem's regional expansion.
